Definitely recommend the Khmer and French cuisine!

The resort's outdoor dining area was charming and inviting.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by various issues. The first thing I noticed was the strong mildew smell in our Traditional Family House Jacuzzi, which was quite off-putting. In addition, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, as I found some insects crawling around, making it difficult to relax. The lack of privacy in the bathroom was another disappointment, as there was no door, leaving us feeling uncomfortable.

I loved being only a short distance from Experience Cambodian Living Arts and beautiful parks like Wat Dam Nak, which made my weekend strolls a delightful way to soak in the local culture.

Breathtaking Nature, Room for Improvement

The resort's rustic charm enveloped us in nature’s embrace. The pool area was a beautiful retreat, perfect for unwinding after our daily adventures in Siem Reap.

However, our villa struggled with maintenance, mildew odors, hard beds, and a lack of privacy in the shower detracted from the serenity we sought. Communication issues with management further hampered our stay.

The villa was spacious and clean, with a wonderful outdoor area featuring a large pool where we enjoyed breakfasts that felt magical and peaceful. The layout of the resort truly gives a feeling of being in a tropical paradise, despite its proximity to the city. I particularly loved how the ambience perfectly hid the busy atmosphere of Siem Reap. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic, even organizing a beautiful surprise for us. I was in Siem Reap for a few days and found this place to be the ideal retreat while exploring the local attractions nearby.

Beautiful Stay with Great Staff!

We enjoyed our time at the resort. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile! Breakfast was diverse, and I loved the outdoor dining area. The only thing that could've been better is the upkeep since some facilities seemed a bit dated. Overall, a lovely getaway in a developing place.

The room upgrade to a private pool bungalow was a delightful surprise, making our stay feel extra special. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with restaurant reservations and transportation. Enjoying the good breakfast each morning set the tone for our day. However, some maintenance issues affected our experience, and the shower had limited privacy, which detracted from the overall tranquility we sought.

The two-bedroom villa with a private pool exceeded my expectations! Comfortable beds ensured restful nights, while the spacious veranda offered a lovely spot to relax. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making our family feel welcomed. Waking up to a view of the lush garden was truly a highlight.

Some areas, like the outdoor dining space, could use better maintenance.

We loved everything about Authentic Khmer Village Resort! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, always with beautiful smiles! Our family was lucky to have our room upgraded to a villa with a pool, which was magnificent. The restaurant offered good food at decent prices, making our stay even better.

The location was a bit standard for Siem Reap.
